Went on another online and offline shopping trip! My first order from Asos still hasn't arrived yet, it was supposed to be delivered by the 15th but it's the end of the week and still no luck. I was too anxious to wait for it's arrival so I placed another order a few days ago on Asos.

Asos Fantasy Fur Short Trippet

It's the black fur collar. I couldn't wait and had to order this! I have a thing for fur collars this winter, but haven't found the occasion to wear one. This would be so cute to layer with! The cardi she's wearing looks almost identical to my beige DKNY one I mentioned in another post. But the DKNY cardi has much more details in the knitting.

Asos Oversized Mesh Top

I am obsessed with anything and everything sheer! It's freezing in Montreal, but all I seem to buy is mesh. Totally buying clothes for the wrong season. Watch the catwalk video of the model wearing this online at Asos, it's very flowy and has this chic and edgy vibe. I just had to get this one too!

Asos Africa Organic Cotton Dip Side Hem Vest

Pretty much a simple white tank with the bottom sides longer than the center. It was kinda an impulse buy, probably not worth the $10 but........ I can't go back now! I like things with this longer sides detail

Tommy Hilfiger Crewneck Cable Knit

I also went to Tommy Hilfiger and bought the Crew Neck Cable Knit sweater in grey! It was cheaper this time around too! I love this sweater! Large cable knits are my weakness. I got it in a small this time. A grey sweater is a basic staple, so I thought a better fitted one was the ideal choice.

I lost my cellphone somehow.... I'm always the one in my family to lose their cellphone, I've lost countless cellphones over the past few years. I just got it for christmas and it's gone now... I was just falling in love with it too! I found out how to use WiFi on it last week and I screwed up and lost it. I'm stuck with my old cellphone and waiting for it to go on sale. Love it so much I need to get the same one... pay as you go phone's are my alternative to signing a 3 year contract to get a "semi-free" phone.

Shopping

I went shopping today instead of staying home and doing homework... I should get to that... and now I'm blogging... not the best student ever.

Tommy Hilfiger was having amazing sales and my mom kept going to multiple locations to buy more clothes, so I had to go check it out myself!

Tommy Hilfiger Cable Crewneck

I only got this sweater, I wasn't sure if I was going to wear the polos or t shirts. I got this in purple. I wanted it to be a looser fit and got it in medium. I've been wanting a simple cable knit sweater for months now but I've never found a decent quality one. This Tommy Hilfiger sweater is amazing! The knitting is so "dense" compared to the ones I've seen in other stores. This is no doubt a quality sweater and well worth it's price, I love the thick cable detailing. I'm deciding if I should go back and get one in gray and another in dark red. This will never go out in style.

I also stopped by to the Winners next door. I'm not sure if the States has Winners but it's basically a store carrying various labels for a cheaper than retail price. Kinda like a Sears but more organized like a thrift store. They were having a sale too so I couldn't resist and I got a few things.

DKNY Jeans Missy 3/4 Sleeve Easy Cardigan

I don't think this picture does the cardigan any justice. It's all knit but has thinner zebra patterns all over it, so adorable. I bought this in two colors: gray and black. Both are a size large. I prefer over sized cardigans. I'm keeping the gray one for myself and the black one is for my cousin. I bought another DKNY sweater, sorta cropped and over sized waist-wise. The online picture that I can find of it is horrendous, but it looks better on than on a mannequin. I also got sheer light gray leopard tights, a pair of black Nine West thigh high socks and a pair of Red patterned thigh high socks. No pictures of the real thing cause I don't know where my camera is.

First Asos Order

I just placed my first Asos order last night. I find items overpriced on the site, but the sales are quite decently priced. I ordered only a dress, and my sister ordered other things, to take advantage of the free international shipping. I was contemplating about getting makeup, but decided against it. I have more than enough makeup. I think I should put myself on a makeup ban...

Asos Petite Navy Piped Bell Sleeve Dress

"Satin mini dress by ASOS PETITE. Featuring a button down placket and pleated design, with a gathered tie waist, round neckline and mid-length bell sleeves."

I can't wait to get my hands on the dress I ordered! I would have preferred longer bell sleeves to this dress. I'm starting to have a liking for bell sleeves, but it's too bad that winter is ending soon. I noticed the dress was a bit sheer on the model in the catwalk video on ASOS, so I'm assuming a slip underneath is a must. But isn't this dress adorable? I like the details. I wasn't too sure about the sizing, so I just went with the US equivalent sizes of the UK sizing. I ordered UK 6... wanted UK 4 but I'm hoping UK 6 fits just right. I adore vintage inspired dresses. My friends and family say I dress just like an old granny, but I think I just like things a bit more feminine and prefer older styles more.
